The Vascular Access team provide a PICC and Midline catheter insertion, follow up and complication management service as well as supporting patients with complex vascular access needs with the use of ultrasound guided cannulation. Please consider the entire service when answering questions.

The purpose of the survey is to review the service provision of the Vascular Access team. We would value your feedback so that we can evaluate the service we provide and make any necessary improvements we are able to. The results of the survey will also be used to support service expansion.
